I noticed that the Search function in the Search Dialog is broken.

When I typed in the keyword I want to search, ShipRush will default select the first line. And no matter what I type, valid or invalid, ShipRush will default to select the first line.

I'm running version 7.5.0.36588. My ShipRush is setup through MS Access database connection. I have the correct SQL SELECT statement in the setup as ShipRush pulls data correctly.

Am I missing anything? Or is this a software malfunction? Please help me out. Two problems we've noticed.

1) When address on Sales Receipt is changed from what is saved in customer profile, it does not pull through the new address. We first have to click on "Save" icon in QB before label will pull through new address. With QB 9.0 we could save after we had printed the label which saved time because we need to save after we have the tracking number pasted in to the memo field of QB.

2) For all labels, QB will not pull through any names at all from Shipping Address fields. It will only pull through the CUSTER:JOB NAME, i.e. the account name. With QB9.0 it actually pulled through both the Account name AND the shipping name, one in the Name field and in the Company Name field on the label. Now we never get the ship to name so we always have to manually paste that back in.

I just tried removing Shiprush as an integrated app and then restarting Shiprush while logged in as admin. Shiprush was added back in as an integrated app but this did not solve either issue noted above.

Please advise next course of action.

I have error message each time I try to create Call Tag Pick up.

FedEx server returned: "Invalid ShipmentSpecialServiceType". [ship:2488]

I have this error regardless of ShipRush FedEx version I use. I have 7.5.0.34465 at work and slightly older version at home.

I can email a label to my customer for return shipment but I cannot schedule a pick up from a customer.
