"Export to Excel" doesn't show item SKU

Hi,
In the order manager, when I do Export to Excel, the "Item SKU" all shows "", however, there is item Sku shows in the order manager.
Also, when I search an order, the search result also doesn't show item sku correctly, it shows " ***"

Problems with First Class Mail International

I have a strange problem. I just printed a First Class Mail International label. Everything looked ok except in the postage stamp area, it says * Sample * Void - do not mail, FakeDeviceID. I was charged for the postage so I don't understand what's going on. This is urgent. Please help.

Login Failed

I configured ShipRush in another computer and I am having problems. I tried to void a shipment and it says "login failed". What should I do? I know I can void a shipment in my old computer.

My ship rush no longer gives me international frist class as an option, why?

I am using USPS and for the international it will only gives me the option of express or prority mail. Please advise how to get the first class as an option. Thanks

expiring license code

I get a warning everytime I start ShipRush. It says my license code is about to expire. I fetched a new one online but the message continues. What should I do?

where I can find my shiprush license code?

Hello, I downloaded shiprush and created Endicia through Shiprush. Now I can not use the shiprush .. it said demo is done! Please enter the shiprush license code, so where I can find my code?:confused:

Can not pull out orders from my paypal account

Hello, I link Endicia with my paypal and ebay account. Ebay account is good, but it just fail every time pulling order or connect to paypal. The message showed" unable to connect with paypal, please check your internet connection and try again, failed to search transaction error :273, could not acquire security credentials error: 0x80090305" , of course its not internet problem, otherwise I would not be able to write something here.. ..Please help. Thank you!

I'm trying to process an International Priority MailPackage -- it keeps telling me I don't have a "ToEmaiL" -- I have an email address in the box -- even if I turn off sending an email notification it still gives me the message!

Wrong int'l shipping method

When an international shipment is processed using a Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, ShipRush prints out forms labeled Medium Flat Rate Box, and the PO will not accept them. Also copy 4 is labeled "Post office copy" when it should be "Sender's copy". Using ShipRush USPS v 7.5.0.36588

Shipping method for eBay UK site

I am an eBay seller in the US site. I recently started listing on the eBay.co.uk site. The shipping methods are not translated correctly in ShipRush. I have defined "Seller's Standard Rate" to be translated to "USPS Intl First Class" but it came across as my default "USPS Intl Priority Mail". Are you aware of this problem?

Invalid telephone number

I am getting INVALID REQUEST in the telephone number field very often these days. It appears to be random but it is happening more and more often. Do you know abuot this problem in this beta software?

Shipping Method for International First Class

I recently loaded ShipRush onto another computer. I carefully copied all the settings but something is not working. The USPS International First Class shipping method is not copied over correctly. I checked the same transaction in my old computer and the translation worked fine. In the new computer, it came across as USPS International Priority Mail. I checked the shipping method table several times and everything looks OK. The ShipRush software was just loaded from the WEB so I assume it must be the latest version. Can you tell me what I should be checking?

Hi, I am interested in getting endicia and have been researching it but have not come across clear answers to a couple questions:

1) I sell many different items so having the sku numbers on the shipping label is a must. Does shiprush endicia automatically retrieve my sku numbers and allow me to print them on the shipping labels?

2) I want to use inkfrog as my listing tool, is shiprush endicia compatible with inkfrog? I will be inserting my skus into inkfrog, so will shiprush endicia be able to retrieve the skus automatically from ink frog?

If it does not work with inkfrog, what is the suggested listing software?
