Is there some basic rules about how the searching/filtering works that I don't understand? For example, if I want to find a recent shipment to Louisville, KY I may just type in a search string of "Louisville" and it will come back with a single shipment from last year. But if I click on Shipped->Carriers->UPS on the left hand side and scroll through the list I can see a recent shipment to Louisville from last week. My web host is trying to apply a fix but is asking the following.
Which ip address(es) is Shiprush attempting to connect to our server from?

Can someone answer this for me?
Also is there any other help you can offer to steer us in the right direction.
