I'm not sure where to post this question, but we would really like some assistance regarding this issue. This is related to FaxRush. My co-worker is running Windows XP Pro and whenever she tries to open up a TIF attachment (via FaxRush) from her Outlook 2007, she gets this message: Cannot create file: Attached1.TIF. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder. This happened all of a sudden. She can open up other attachments. Also she can log into Terminal Server into her Outlook and open the FaxRush attachemnts, just not on her local machine. My supervisor is running Windows 7 and just reported the same issue. Please advise, Thanks!!!
