    I use stamps and Fed Ex and have 9gb of history
    I copied the two files from the old PC to the new one (shiprush and the order manager folders)
    As my new PC is SSD I assigned the folders to the D drive
    I opened up ship rush already installed and no history? alooked at yesterdays shipments which had a lot of shipments
    restarted the PC too

    I am sure I missed something but need some help Please

    Hello I'm hoping you can help us!

    We are trying to install Shiprush on our shipping computer and we keep getting the following error message below

    Unable to submit transaction to the FedEx server. Please check the internet connection or contact your network administrator. FedEx server: https://gateway.fedex.com:443/GatewayDC, Error: 151: 500 Internal Server Error. Unable to POST to "https://gateway.fedex.com:443/GatewayDC" (Windows)

    I have turned off my Windows firewall (XP) and disabled my Avast virus software but this did not solve the problem. I have set the Z-Firm connection to windows and both tests are successful. We have internet connection on this computer so I am stumped as to what is wrong or what to try next.

    Sorry about that. The problem you posed is a "hairy" issue, and my backups did not know where to start.

    I have gotten great response time on all the issues I reported. But 2 days ago I reported a very critical issue title "No barcode in label". So far I had not received any acknowledgments on the issue and this is the most important one reported so far. I will appreciate some attention. Cordially

    Hello, can I print on 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 labels using shiprush endicia? I paid for the postage already but it appears the margins might be off. Do you happen to know the correct margin setting? I'm printing on laser printer.

A question that comes up: You sell %90 on eBay, and %10 off eBay. When you set up ShipRush to get your PayPal feed, it duplicates a lot of the data in the eBay feed.

How to easily see just the off-eBay sales? (Since all the eBay sales are clearly visible in the eBay folder in Order Manager.)
