    We've confirmed, and 22 inches is the max length for First Class Parcel. Anything larger would need to be priority, parcel select, etc.

    UPS and FedEx Shipments to Puerto Rico are treated as INTL. Your shipment XML needs be INTL based.

    Only USPS treats it as Domestic (where PR is set as the state).
