    I have not heard of declaring the packaging type for hazmat, and have not seen that be the reason for a shipment failure.

    The license for ShipRush is set to expire Feb 18th, so not quite outdated as of yet.

    FedEx is very touchy about the DOT\Tech Name

    In looking online, the proper name at FedEx for UN3481 is either:

    Lithium Ion packed with equipment
    Lithium Ion contained in equipment

    Are you able to capture the data being sent via SOAP? If so....let's do the following

    Grab that request data

    Go into the UI, dial up the same type of shipment, and click on the small ShipRush...

    So you can create a SmartPost shipment directly in the ShipRush UI using blank shipment (not via the SOAP integration)?

    Or do you get an error even doing a blank shipment?

    Who wrote the SQL query you're using? If this is a custom SQL backend from Acctivate, you would want to ask them for a modified query to get the desired results from their database\application.
