    Are you using the desktop version of ShipRush (Order Manager)? If so, that may explain the issue. There's also a setting for this on the account in ShipRush Web, which would also need to be unchecked...

    It's still complaining about the qty x weight issue on the servers at FirstMile. Try deleting a line item from the commodities, and re-add

    The first item, that has a weight of 2.25lb, has a qty of 2, making just that one line item 4.5lb. That, along with the other items, make the shipment line items weigh more than the indicated...

    Try settings | shipping settings | advanced | shipping screen behavior

    Uncheck "Auto increment ship date to next weekday"

    How do we get weight for line items? Not sure I follow the question. Weight is provided at the OrderItem level via our PHP integration with WooCommerce.
