No option for USPS small flat rate box from drop down list on Ship Rush for Stamps.com. USPS rate should be $5 flat rate but our options are limited to: Parcel, Letter, Large Envelope/Flat, Large Parcel, Flat Rate Envelope, Medium Flat Rate Box, Large Flat Rate Box. With Parcel rate, we overpay and with Flat Rate Envelope we underpay.

That did it. But thought I was running current version as ShipRush website shows ver. 9.5 as current. Thanks.
They are the same version (v9.5) but the build is newer. We release new builds of the same version to fix issues as they come up.

I downloaded SR Stamps v. 9.6.0.49709 on 4/11/12, and I'm having the same issue -- no Small Flat Rate Priority Mail selection available. What's next?
What do you have available in the dropdown for Packaging?

With the Priority Mail service selected, I can pick from:
Parcel
Letter
Large Envelope/Flat
Large Parcel
Flat Rate Envelope
Medium Flat Rate Box
Large Flat Rate Box
When you click on the dropdown, use your arrow key down and see if other items are there. If so, this is a video setting problem. More than likely you've changed your font size or DPI size causing the scrollbar to not display correctly.
Is that warm?

Oh for gosh sakes... NOW it's showing me a scroll bar. Must have been invisible before. :-)
The listing order is kinda screwy, but I'm guessing I'm stuck with that?
