Thread: Fedex shipping history not appearing in insight

    My FedEx shipments created in ShipRush for FedEx are not appearing in my history within FedEx Insight. Here is a bit more info that may help.

    -I have no issues creating FedEx shipping labels in ShipRush (one would assume this means my FedEx account is functioning correctly within the ShipRush client)
    -I applied for an insight account and was contacted by a FedEx account manager who approved my request.
    -I am able to login to insight with no issues.
    -Per the suggestion in the link below, I made sure my ShipRush and Fedex account number and ship from address match (I even matched the Capitalization/Case of the ship from info)

    (link/forum post indicating account and ship from address need to match)


    Any suggestions on how I can have my ShipRush shipments appear in FedEx insight?

    Have you talked to FedEx? We don't control the functions if the Insight program.

    As mentioned if this still doesn't get you there, please contact FedEx. Many many ShipRush users use FedEx Insight today.

    Thank your for the reply!

    Unfortunately I already went through those exact steps (which is how my Fedex insight account came to be) prior to posting this help request in the forum.

    I used that steps on the help page you referenced to initiate the request for my insight account with FedEx. After performing the steps outlined, I received an email from FedEx (as described) and was contacted by a FedEx account manager who approved my account. I can now log in to my insight account (no issues there), but don't see any FedEx history.

    Hmm.. I just logged into Insight again (had not logged in since 2/18) and I see two shipments from today. Quite odd since I did not make any changes on my end.

    I see today's shipments only. I still don't see any shipments prior to today (2/21) although the same FedEx shipment summary page that shows today's shipments indicates I should see 90 days of shipping history.

    Is there a way to re "push" shipping info data from ShipRush to FedEx so my prior shipping history will appear in insight?

    We agree this is a problem, and that Insight should do better.

    No, because FedEx already has the data, it just isn't showing up in Insight.

    It may be that the Insight setup takes a day (or more) to engage, and that shipments going forward will appear in Insight.
