Not connecting to Amazon

Hi, I use ShipRush for Stamps and I'm able to get my eBay import, but have been unable to get my orders imported from Amazon. I have rebooted the machine and still no go.

Any ideas?

Update: It just started working. Who knows??

I'm having the same problem with not being able to connect to Amazon. Rebooting hasn't worked.

This is my first issue. Everything has worked perfectly previously. Can you help me with this?

Amazon is having server issues. They need to resolve on their end. We've reported the issue to them. No ETA available.

The greater issue is that whenever any server issues are corrected, you still have to go to Shiprush and look up each order and copy each tracking number.

Needless to say, I won't be shipping anymore today. 80 orders not uploaded is enough, the other orders will continue piling up.

With shiprush, you get one chance to have a successful upload of shipped orders, any problems and you are in for a treat reconciling orders manually.

Yes that is a current weakness. We are looking for ways to improve the upload procedure if the initial upload fails.

One way around this is to set up My.ShipRush for your Amazon store, then connect Order Manager to My.ShipRush.

My.ShipRush automatically does retries to Amazon, etc, and solves for these issues.

I've set up my.shiprush, did the Amazon MWS linking, activated my shiprush in order manager.

Nothing happens. I suppose I'm supposed to know to go to view shipments and right click and upload to shiprush.

I tried uploading 2 years of shipments, can't handle it. I tried uploading 30 days of shipments, can't handle it. Finally upload 87 listed shipments, that takes about 3 per minute to get to my shiprush, so that was awhile.

Now those orders are not doing anything on Amazon. This has been a long day of refreshing and my.shiprushing, right clicking and now it's going to be a long time locating which 87 orders out of however many unshipped amazon shows, are actually shipped and have left the building hours ago, searching for those people in order manager and finding the tracking numbers. Unfortunately, view shipments doesn't have order numbers or exporting.

The suggestion from SYSOPR, is a "from here forward" suggestion. It will not solve any issues of upload errors experienced today with the previous setup with Amazon.
