(If the service is First Class Letter post (letters and FLATs), there is no track #, because letter post has no tracking or delivery confirmation.)
If other than letter post, we will need to do two things:
1) Enable full transaction logging (requires an email to the SR Support team)
2) After logging is going for a day, we will need:
-- Zip of the log data
-- Screen shot of ebay.com seller console, showing orders that should have track #s but don't
