Thread: Tracking number not update to eBay

    Hi,
    Recently, we often receive buyer asking for tracking number. After check the order history on eBay, we found lots of orders didn't have tracking number uploaded to eBay even though the label was successfully printed and the tracking number is in Shiprush.
    My version is v9.5.0.47741

    What shipping service do you use?

    (If the service is First Class Letter post (letters and FLATs), there is no track #, because letter post has no tracking or delivery confirmation.)

    If other than letter post, we will need to do two things:

    1) Enable full transaction logging (requires an email to the SR Support team)

    2) After logging is going for a day, we will need:
    -- Zip of the log data
    -- Screen shot of ebay.com seller console, showing orders that should have track #s but don't

    Browse out to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Z-Firm LLC\OrderManager
    You'll find a folder called eBay Logs
    Zip that folder and email into support at shiprush dot com

    We'll review the logging that is already happening. If need be we can enable additional logging if these logs are not detailed enough.

    The same thing is happening to me ever since I did the "fix" for the Amazon issue. See thread

    It's not every order this happens to, but just every few. Same thing for Yahoo Stores. Some tracking posts, others do not.

    I would suggest updating ShipRush to the new current release. You can then switch the internet connection back to Compatible and see if the issue persists.
