We are having the reverse issue - ShipRush checks the commercial box (for our residential shipments) randomly and this is not visible to the user until the report afterward. UPS has therefore been charging us fees for supposedly not selecting residential as the address type. We do not wish to be charged the extra fees by UPS, and so are not using ShipRush to process our shipments at the moment. In addition to the above more pressing concern, there are a few other inconveniences: the recipient's e-mail address and phone number are often not picked up by Ship Rush from Quickbooks, and to get a tracking number to paste into the Quickbooks invoice, you have to click in the items field of the invoice before processing the shipment.
