Yes, it is a custom Status, but it is not in the list as a 1 or 0 so does SHIPRUSH pull statuses that are not a 1 or 0?

Do i need to close out of Stamps.com if I have shiprush running in the tray?

ShipRush doesn't "know" to even look for it, since it is a custom status. We only look for those that are in the php file. If you are using In Transit, then you would need to modify the PHP files so we are aware of this status, and that you want to download it (set as a 1).

You shouldn't need to do anything with the Stamps that you're using.

Just so we are on the same page:

The only way an order is imported is if it is PENDING, but once it is Shipped it becomes IN TRANSIT instead of Delivered. So it should not need to look to pull the orders that are IN TRANSIT. My Delivered is status 4 instead of 3.

I think it might be that they just need about 2-4 hours to update instead of 4 - 15 min.

If the status is changed to a 4, instead of the default of 3, I do not know if My.ShipRush will "see" that update and move the shipment to Shipped instead of staying as a Pending order.

This may require some modifications of the php files used, ShippingZSettings and ShippingZOscommerce.
