Turn off address verification reminder

When shipping via UPS, we do the address check, then it has that automatic pop up box in right hand corner the pop ups and covers part of the page. It really slows down shipping & adds to clicks.

How do we get rid of the that pop up? We know we are responsible.

Could you provide full steps on getting that to keep coming up to the screen? I tried with what I believed are the steps you outlined, and I'm not seeing a pop up on the right hand corner.

This is SR UPS Pro or Basic?

Go to UPS Basic (which we are using with QB Enterprise), enter a shipping address, click the blue underlined word "Address" , It will then verify the address, put a green line around the street address and then give you that pop up box in the lower right. The box is title " Address Verification API". The box tell you about the address being verified but UPS is not responsible.......

I have asked development to review that function and add a suppress function. Case 31025.
