Amazon Orders Don't get marked as shipped

I use Ship Rush for my Amazon orders that go FedEX. I'm having a problem however with the synchronization between the two. If I refresh ShipRush shows that many of my Amazon orders are paid but not shipped. Meanwhile when I check in Amazon those orders are marked as shipped. Do I have to manually mark these items as shipped in ShipRush?

Yes. The default way we talk to Amazon does not give us the Shipped status.

If you wish to switch to a newer method, which does get the Shipped Status, please follow the information below:

Log into My.ShipRush.com (if you don't have a My.ShipRush.com account, create one)
Webstores Tab
Create new webstore
Setup Amazon, follow the prompts

Once that store is setup, go back to ShipRush Order Manager
Click on add new store
From the list, select Connect to Existing which will take you out to My.ShipRush
Select the Amazon store created above

Now ShipRush Order Manager is downloading your order via My.ShipRush, with the Shipped Status.

You will need to delete your old amazon store setup in ShipRush Order Manager after you are comfortable with the new setup.

I'm trying your instructions but when I select to connect to an existing store it pulls up a window but can't seem to download the web page it needs. I get the following message:

Agreed, sounds like internet explorer can't surf the web.... once that is fixed, I bet SR is happy too!
