Bulk Shipping is overcharging for postage

When using bulk shipping, and entering the weight 6 oz, first class parcel, the label prints out 7 oz and I am charged the 7 oz rate. When I look at view shipments, the parcel is recorded at 6 oz, but I am charged $2.31. Is this a new "feature"--to overcharge us? I am using 9.6.0.49709

(It does the same thing on 2oz parcels as well--- bumps them to 3oz, but the price is the same for those weights anyway.)

That issue was supposed to be resolved in the build you're using. Can you verify that version\build for me please (Help | About from the system tray icon)?

Please update your ShipRush to the current beta available here: http://www.shiprush.com/downloads/product_betas.shtml

After updating (if you have multiple machines, please make sure to update all machines with SR), add an order to the bulk. Set the weight and service and do a Est Charges. The rate should be correct. If it is not, please call into Customer Service so we can engage this issue directly.
