Thread: Void Fedex third party shipment

  1. #1
I created a Fedex International Priority shipment and chose 3rd part billing because the customer requested that it be billed to his account. I printed a label, but it didn't print right and I had a mistake on it, I'd never printed a Fedex international label and I ended up taking to the Fedex Packing Center and having them do it. Now I can't find anywhere to void the label the I printed, it doesn't even come up under View Shipments. How do I void this label?

Did it print a shipping label? If so, you should be able to go into View Shipments, highlight the order, and click on Void along the top.

Package created today? If not, in View Shipments you'll need to change the date range to show you items in the date range needed.

Yes, a shipping label was printed, and there is a tracking number on it. It was printed today, but does not come up in View Shipments (date range of today).

If it printed a label, it should be in there. If there was an error when it was making the label, that could be part of the problem.

In any event, FedEx doesn't charge for a label until it is scanned into their system. If the label wasn't used, FedEx won't charge for the label.

Ok, that's the only thing I was worried about (his account being charged).
I checked the tracking # on fedex.com and it says "Shipment information sent to Fedex.
