ShipRush rates do not match our discounted UPS rates

UPS gives our company a discounted shipping rate. While the UPS website does give us rates that reflect our discount, ShipRush does not. Is there a way to get ShipRush to pull in the discounted rates?

UPS has enabled our UPS Rate Code but ShipRush fails to pull in our contract rates. I have double checked that I gave UPS the correct code and have had UPS double check that they activated the correct code. UPS claims that everything is good on their side, but ShipRush is still not using our contract rates. Now what?

There is a setting in SR UPS Basic to tell it to actually display the contract rates....
