Thread: Installation error, need help!!

    I have been attempting to upgrade from Shiprush for FedEx v8 to v9. I uninstalled v8 and downloaded v9. When I attempt to install it, it asks for admin permission, which is granted and then it pops up with a message that says "decoding error=1" so I click "ok" then it says "failed to extract setup file (3703)." This happens repeatedly even after deleting the downloaded program and downloading it again. This happens on both of my Win 7 computers so far. Please help. Thanks,

    Please try downloading the installer file with a different browser. If using IE, download the installer with FireFox or Chrome.

    The error indicates that the installer file is being corrupted during download.

    That was a simple fix. Thanks so much. Btw, V9 is a great improvement. thanks again for all the great work you folks at shiprush do.
