Lost the thread where this was being discussed, but it is still happening so posted again.
When an advance date is used for a scheduled shipment, the FedEx confirmation email (from FedEx, not ShipRush) arrives on the correct date, but indicates the shipment was scheduled previously. This is also displayed this way on FedEx InSight.
Print labels on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th with scheduled ship date set for Monday 30th. FedEx confirmation email arrives on the 30th, but shows the scheduled ship date as Friday 27th.
I don't ever recall this happening with FedEx Ship Manager, only when using ShipRush. This is very confusing to the recipient, not to mention the shipper trying to check later on a shipment.
Where is this error occurring and is there anyway around it? Guess for now I just won't send the confirmation email to the recipient, but I still have to put up with it when I go to check on the shipment.
