Thread: Email Notification

    We are having problems with the email notification. The email address is not being picked up from Quickbooks when we use the Ship Rush. We have downloaded the same software on two other computers and they both bring the email address up in the email notification window from Quickbooks. But the third computer does not bring it up in the window. Could you please help with this problem.

    If there is an issue with pulling the email address or phone # from QuickBooks:

    - Make sure that ShipRush is listed as an integrated application in QuickBooks

    - Go into Settings | Program Settings | CM Settings and make sure the correct version of QuickBooks is selected. Verify the settings against a known working installation as well.
