Thread: Shiprush keeps resetting Volusion order status to "Processing"

    When we use Shiprush, sometimes, all of a sudden hundreds of our old orders on Volusion (that were complete and had status "shipped") suddenly gets changed to status "Processing". We contacted volusion and they have identified the problem to be coming from shiprush.

    We have not heard of this issue. We will certainly investigate this issue. Please email into support at shiprush dot com with the following pieces of information so we can start the investigation:

    Your My.ShipRush email address
    Example of some order #s from your Volusion store that changed from shipped to processing
    Any email correspondence with Volusion re: this issue
    Any Volusion case or ticket #
