Thread: Question on Customer changing to Shiprush from another product - rates

    We have a customer using a different product(World Ship) from ShipRush. Were wanting to change them to ShipRush. They have a special setup with UPS. Special orders to select zip codes get upgraded to Next Day Air Saver, but the customer is charged ground freight + ups surcharge. Can ShipRush handle this situation?

    What they get charged sounds like a function behind the scenes at UPS within their billing system.

    Will ShipRush display an Estimated Rate to show as Ground but they have Next Day Saver selected? I don't see how we'd be able to do that.

    The question is, I think: Which system makes the decision to change the service?

    Is it logic in Worldship itself, or in some system that drives worldship?

    If you are using the ShipRush SDK, you could put that logic into your app (that wraps ShipRush).
