Thread: Amazon

    Amazon is not downloading all of our orders onto shiprush, we have tried refreshing many times without success. We have both shiprush for USPS and FedEx. Do we need to delete our Amazon store and reinstall or is there a simpler solution?

    Also, please log in to my.shiprush.com and look at the web store tab. Please be sure there is only one amazon store there (if there are duplicates, they need to be removed).
