Thread: Close Day causes a catastrophic error message

    When closing the shipping day, reports no longer print, a catastrophic error message displays and the shipping records display a red icon. What can I do to eliminate the the message and resume printing?

    Could we get a screenshot of the error of the full text? You can email a screenshot to support at shiprush dot com.

    Possible solutions:
    - Go into settings | shipping settings and verify that the paperwork printer is set to a valid printer
    - Make sure that the default printer in Windows is set to a paper printer, not a thermal printer
