ShipRush UPS Basic - Update available for Case 42963 - 301: interrupted

    Download:
    http://www.shiprush.com/downloads/product_betas.shtml

Please update ShipRush to resolve this issue.

You may need to change the internet settings back to Compatible for this update to function properly:

    - Settings | Shipping Settings | Advanced | Internet Connection
    - Change the inet setting to Windows or Native
    - Exit out of settings
    - Restart ShipRush and try again

Possible error when you attempt to adjust the internet setting:
Cannot create file "c:\windows\System32\ZFInetConfig.cpl". Access is denied.

To get past this issue, exit ShipRush completely and restart ShipRush by right clicking on the ShipRush icon and selecting Run as Administrator. Do the above steps and restart ShipRush normally.

    Thank you,
    SYSOPS

We're back to shipping product without having to jump through hoops.

    Thank you!

This problem has returned just like before. It had been working for awhile. Current version of Shiprush is 11.0.7.8045. We are having to restart Shiprush for EVERY transaction.

It is currently set for Windows. When I try the test button on Compatible, it shows an error. After we get the "unable to post..." message, then even Windows setting returns an error for the test.

After you change the setting to Compatible, do you get an error that it cannot save the file? Something like: Cannot create file "c:\windows\System32\ZFInetConfig.cpl". Access is denied.

If so, exit out of ShipRush completely, find the icon you normally use to launch ShipRush and right click and do Run as Administrator and then adjust the internet connection settings to Compatible and then restart ShipRush normally.

I did not get that error message but I tried the procedure anyway. I still get an error after choosing Compatible and clicking the test button. However, it does seem to be working for the moment. Hoping it remains fixed. Not sure why it reverted after having fixed this way back when this thread was first created.

If on ShipRush 10.3 or higher, using either compatible or native, on Windows 7 or higher, should be fully reliable.

This same problem has reappeared today. I cannot even get one shipment to work. We changed setting to windows without success. Changed back to compatible, still not working. We are using ShipRush version 12.1.11.592
