Thread: ShipRushWeb, "Could not execute batch command [SQL - SQL not available]"

  1. #1
Getting an "Could not execute batch command [SQL - SQL not available]" when clicking Ship button on a new shipment for ShipRush Web at 12:35pm EST on 9/10/2015. Also, the login and initial page load took longer than it normally does.

Yep Here too! We're on EST, give Zfirm a couple hours to wake up on the West Coast, they will get us going.

We are having the same problem. Labels won't print, but it's taking the money.

i'll second that, what's up with shiprush web?

I should have mentioned that before- don't try to print a label. It does take your money/generate postage, but no label. So we had to void a couple labels. If Shiprush is acting flaky or slow, don't try to print a label!
