Thread: Error when trying to print a Packing slip

I'm getting this error when I try to print a packing slip. Any ideas?

Unexpected error processing messages msg=2234, hwnd=263176 wParam=0, IPram=170115744, Unable to call My.ShipRush. 151:500 Internal Server Error. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/packinglistservice/packinglist/get" (windows)

The last word of the error is the key. Go into settings | shipping settings | advanced | internet connection
    Click on Configure
    Change the Compatible

    Try again

Possible error when you attempt to adjust the internet setting:
Cannot create file "c:\windows\System32\ZFInetConfig.cpl". Access is denied.

To get past this issue, exit ShipRush completely and restart ShipRush by right clicking on the ShipRush icon and selecting Run as Administrator. Do the above steps and restart ShipRush normally.

    We are investigating. Case 50447

Workaround in the meantime is to set the packing list in ShipRush Order Manager to ZPK\Thermal until this issue is resolved.

This issue should now be resolved. Set back to laser\inkjet and it should function again.

    Sorry for the hassle.
