Thread: Scan Form Not Printing

    Anyone know why I get this error when I printing my scan form in Shiprush Desktop?

    "My.SR Shipping returned an error: . Remote servers didn't return any documents."

    I have 18 shipments today.

    About information:
    ShipRush version : 11.2.9.9235
    Program directory : C:\Program Files (x86)\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush v11\
    Shared Settings : c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush\
    Private Settings : c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush\
    Carrier : ShipRushUSPS

    Order Manager DB (local): c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\OrderManager\Database\
    Template Auto Save Dir: c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush\MENU\MENU_ShipRushUSPS\Auto-Saved-Templates

    Now it's printing without giving an error, however, the Scan Form only shows International Mail with a volume of 2. I shipped almost 30 packages today, most First Class Domestic USA plus a couple of Priority Mail Flat rate envelopes. Please help!

    You might have ShipRush set to auto-increment ship date to next weekday. Settings | Shipping Settings | Advanced | Shipping Screen Behavior. Uncheck that option if you process shipments on Sat. That will give you a SCAN form for that day as well. Otherwise, they will be on Monday's SCAN.

    For the # of SCAN forms you get, we have a fix:
    https://shiprush.com/beta-downloads

    To get your SCAN form from today, please log into ShipRush Web (my.shiprush.com) and go to the Feed area. There's an option to reprint the SCAN form, which will give you the SCAN form for both INTL and Domestic shipments

    yesterday I did the update for the international scan form to print on one paper. Today I had 2 international orders that I printed and when I closed the day I only got one scan form but it does not have any international shipments. I checked the feed and it is showing only one document and no international scan form. I printed 19 items and only 17 are on the scan form so the 2 international are missing.

    I looked at your INTL shipments, and they have a different From address\zipcode than the rest of your shipments. If the From zipcode is different than your default, it will not create a SCAN form.

    Why do I have to sign in to my.shiprush.com every day now to print the scan form? The one that prints from the desktop application on my PC only prints the page with international shipments. I have to go to my.shiprush.com and reprint to get a separate page that shows the domestic shipments. I think there is a software glitch???

    Go to Help | About in ShipRush. If you are on a build lower than v11.2.9.9670, please update. We had a fix roll out in the latest build.

    Why does it come out in two pages --- International is on its own page?
