Invalid address

We have a customer we ship to in Three Springs, PA 17264. Shiprush gives us a message that this is an "invalid city/state/zip". Out of desperation, I tried changing it to "3 Springs, PA 17264". That works, but it's ugly (and incorrect according to the locals).

Is this the desktop version of ShipRush? Is this UPS Basic or UPS Pro? Also, what level of address validation is selected in settings | shipping settings | address validation?

We are using single-user, desktop, UPS Basic. The "Validate all US addresses..." box is checked.

Thank you. We see the issue as well. We'll report the issue to UPS to get their address database used for their API updated.
