Thread: Error Message When Launching - Database Issue

    I get this message when launching the Shiprush Program. I've never had an issue before this morning. SOS?

    "Unable to access database lock path "dblock\". If you just upgraded ShipRush please restart it. If your database on the other computer consider using UNC path instead of drive letter."

    Try the following:

    Browse out to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush
    Edit a file called ShipRushConnectionSettings.ini
    Find this entry - <DBISAMPath>

    What is in that path now? If this is a single install, it typically should look like this:
    <DBISAMPath>c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush\Database\</DBISAMPath>

    Adjust if it doesn't look like the above, save the file and try to start ShipRush again
