Thread: Need to change MAPPING from Amazon Account

    The actual SKU that is listed on Amazon products doesn't sync up with the SKU we use. I contacted Amazon and they said that the SKU can not be changed without completely deleting the product and re-creating it.

    I can't do that as it will erase all previous sales data and plummet the sales rankings of these products that we've taken years to establish.

    I CAN change the "Manufacturer Part Number". I would like to see if there is any way to MAP to this field in Amazon instead of the SKU field so we can make changes to reflect our actual Part Numbers (SKU's) used and not these randomly created ones.

    I do not have a way to change that behavior on a per user basis. I've created Case 64957 to see if we add this as a feature request, to allow the user to use either the ItemSKU or Manufacturer Part Number as ItemSKU.
