If this is Windows 10, we have found that this does work:
Make sure a) Control Panel > Inet Options has TLS 1.2 enabled and b) SR Inet setting is set to Windows

So the above may not have worked before as TLS 1.2 wasn't enabled in Windows itself

I will go back and confirm this, but checked earlier to ensure 1.2 was enabled. Does anything need to be specifically disabled in the SSL/TLS settings for this to work properly?

Not to my knowledge. That is the data I have from someone doing internal testing here.

I confirmed TLS 1.2 was enabled. Changed setting in SR to Windows and could not get it to work at all even after repeated attempts. I also tried the same on a Windows 7 machine with same results.

We were able to get it to work in Win 7 by disabling all SSL options (odd but what we saw).

Now it's working on Windows 7 with only TLS 1.2 enabled and set to Windows. I can get rates on first try repeatedly. I am now out of the office and shut down the Windows 10 machine, so I'll have to play with it again tomorrow.

I received the email this morning regarding this, but it did not work. We replied to that email with the requested screen shots.

Did you update\upgrade? If so, what are you using ShipRush in conjunction with (where is the address data coming from)?

    Thank you,
