Thread: Problems this morning

    Tried printing out about 40 bulk shipping labels. Was interrupted about four times with a ShipRush setup screen. I kept hitting "cancel" and the printing would continue. But, about five labels didn't print.

    Are there known issues happening?

    Same here, seems to me shiprush is having server issues, the forum itself was down a few minutes ago.

    It appears we had a transient issue with our hosting earlier. That should be cleared now.

    Still issues here, now getting a error

    My.ShipRush does not respond. Please check your Internet connection and try again later.
    Socket Error # 10054
    Connection reset by peer.. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/shipmentservice.svc/shipment/ship" (Compatible)

    My internet is fine

    Yes, we use the desktop version. Have tried to restart it same thing. I am still having issues even accessing the forum, its hit or miss.

    We have not had any reports of this issue after the hiccup we saw first thing this morning.

    Have you rebooted the PC or your internet\router?

    It worked about 30 minutes after I posted

    Still happening today, both with desktop and Shiprush web. Even just getting here to the forum took some work.

    Thank you for that update. We are working with out hosting provider on this. Case 68662. I've added this thread to the case and we will update when we have more information.
