Thread: Connecting to QBooks

    Is anyone having issues connecting to QuickBooks this morning? We were using the program all day yesterday with no issues. We have also restarted the computer twice. We are using QBooks Premier 2018 Desktop and it's working on our other computer that is the same Thanks.

    Looks like you're using the direct connection with QuickBooks. If you are having issues getting ShipRush and QuickBooks to communicate, please refer to this kbase article to re-list ShipRush as an Integrated Application:
