How do I change from Single PC to Multi-User? I can't find the information in the documentation or forum.
Does this help?

Since you have ShipRush installed already, check to see if the service is present. For some carriers, it is installed even for a stand alone installation. If the service isn't there, you can manually add it

Note that a port needs to open if a firewall is present. Now that the service is installed and running, you can install ShipRush on a second machine, and point to this machine as the "server" instance.

Success.
While I had access to these same instructions, the terminology does not match that of SR V12 and while I tried several different settings I was not doing something correctly (obviously).
Referencing this document:

The difference in the section of the DOC vs. SR are here.
DOC: Workstation, 1.After ShipRush is installed, go to the Settings | Shipping Settings | Advanced | Connection Settings and select to connect via PC name. Select the name of the PC the ShipRush service and database is installed on.
SR V12: 1.After ShipRush is installed, go to the Settings | Shipping Settings | Advanced | Connection Settings and select to connect via ShipRush Server At: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Enter the IP address of the of the PC the ShipRush service and database is installed on.
Good to hear and thank you for the follow up.
Normally you can simply use the name of the PC that the service is running on.

The only limit is the license being used with ShipRush.
