Thread: have osCommerce Notify Customers when tracking is provided

    We have installed and are using osCommerce php and it works good with SR.
    When the tracking information is written back to osCommerce, the flag for "Notify Customer" is disabled meaning the customer will not be sent an email (via osCommerce) that information has been updated.
    Can we change this somehow?

    We've opened Case 70220 for our php devs to review to see if we can add that to the php kit. We will update you when that has been done.
