Thread: Shiprush stopped pulling info from RMS

    Hi,

    My customers shiprush used to pull the shipping infomration directly from RMS but stopped doing that today. Please let me know what needs to get done to get this working again.

    I tried testing the connection to SQL and that is working fine.

    When i press the custom POS button it opens the ShipRush program but does not pull in the customers shipping info.

    If they are connecting via SQL, you wouldn't use the button inside of RMS. Instead, you would call up ShipRush from the system tray and a search window should appear.

    I have been using the custom POS button for all my customers including this customer. It always worked. Why can't they use this? The SQL connection I was referring too is the RMS POS database.

    Is there someone i can call to get this resolved?

    OK....so you're using this with the button...not with our SQL connection to the database directly.

    We would suggest resetting the button:

    Windows Vista and higher
    - Exit all RMS applications
    - Exit ShipRush
    - Right click on the ShipRush icon on the desktop and select "Run as Administrator"
    - Tell ShipRush to run stand alone
    - Go into settings | program settings | cm settings
    - Manually uninstall the plugin
    - Should get a prompt indicating that the plugin was removed successfully
    - Manually install the plugin
    - Should get a prompt indicating that the plugin was installed successfully
    - OK out of settings
    - Restart RMS and ShipRush normally and it should now be ready to use

    Does this get it working again?
