Would it be possible to take any of the machines you're tested on outside of your normal network and verify we aren't chasing a networking\security issue?

I have tried this outside our normal network and while tethered to my cell phone. I get the same issue in both cases.

Thank you for the update. Asking development for any other ideas or if we are catching any additional logging on our side.

    Thank you,

Is there any update on this? Is there anyway to escalate this? I have a sale opportunity for this but this is holding it up.

    Apologies for the hassle!

    Issue: Socket Error 10054
Seen from ShipRush 12.1, Desktop, on at least 2 different systems, on at least two different networks. (ISP and mobile cellular)

    Diagnosis:

    1) Local security software or other non-stock software installed on local machine is interfering with connection.

    2) Internet connections are fundamentally weak or flaky.

    3) A different internet connection setting in ShipRush may resolve.

The most likely diagnosis is #1

    Workaround: Migrate to ShipRush Web.

Please note: Support of local PC for ShipRush desktop is outside the scope of ShipRush support.

Hi, same account, but different person. I'm in charge of IT here. I've gone through and done some more thorough testing. Some of the information provided was incorrect. The issue definitely involves our internet connection or our perimeter firewall. I installed ShipRush on a laptop here, went through the setup wizard, exited ShipRush, relaunched, and it prompts for us to do the wizard again or it just disconnects and exits on its own after the splash screen sits there for a bit. I can then disconnect from my network here and hop onto a portable hotspot and launch ShipRush normally and it works without issue. No changes to permissions or the laptops firewall or security software.

I've gone through the perimeter firewall and I don't have anything that's blocking your IP (I think its your IP) or your API url. I would like to get it working from within our walls since we will be deploying this for customers and would like to be able to deal with this if it happens in other environments. Our internet is solid and we are using hard-line connections internally. Any insight you can provide would be appreciated.

    Thank you.
