Thread: Error Message Key not Valid for use in specified state

    I have tried deleting and reinstalling the shiprush desktop tooldbox but i continue to receive the "There was a problem with the app. Please restart. Key no valid for use in specified state" error code. Any ideas? Support informed me on the phone the only fix was to delete and reinstall but that is not working.

    Did you delete the folder associated with the toolbox\toolkit?

    The error message was being caused by not having administrator permissions on the windows account. We set the computer to log in automatically as an administrator and have not received the error message again.
