Hi Shiprush,
At this our tracking isn't populating unless we save the incomplete item fulfillment and then reopen it. Our ship method on the item fulfillment is not updating with ship rush information. How do we fix these?

The button for Item Fulfillment assumes that the item fulfillment has already been created and saved. What is your workflow?

Have you looked at the Sales Order button instead? That may help with your workflow. You can send an email into support at shiprush dot com requesting information on that button.
Again, we expect the Item Fulfillment to have been created and saved before the button in the Item Fulfillment area will function properly.
