    Hi Shiprush,

    At this our tracking isn't populating unless we save the incomplete item fulfillment and then reopen it. Our ship method on the item fulfillment is not updating with ship rush information. How do we fix these?

    The button for Item Fulfillment assumes that the item fulfillment has already been created and saved. What is your workflow?

    When we hit the fulfill button on the Sales Order, the item fulfillment form is displayed but not saved and filled in with the appropriate sales order information

    Have you looked at the Sales Order button instead? That may help with your workflow. You can send an email into support at shiprush dot com requesting information on that button.

    Again, we expect the Item Fulfillment to have been created and saved before the button in the Item Fulfillment area will function properly.

    We are having the same issues with our tracking information not being included in fulfillment emails as well as our shipping methods not being updated to the carrier and method used in ShipRush.

    These are critical issues and need resolved as soon as possible.

    Are you using the button within NetSuite for shipping?

    Yes we are using the ShipRush button in our NetSuite account and the Fulfillment records are created before using the ShipRush button.

    We are working on an update for the button in the land of NetSuite. I've added you to Case 78174 to be on the list of those users that need the update.
