    For sandbox, you would simply add sandbox to the same URL you use for production:

    Prod:
    https://api.my.shiprush.com/shipment....svc/shipment/

    Sandbox:
    https://sandbox.api.my.shiprush.com/....svc/shipment/

    Perfect thank you. Got that working properly now.


    Back to the issue of getting "ETD" to display on our label.
    In my Shiprush account under Fedex Settings > Customs Forms, I have marked "Go paperless and upload these documents (aka Electronic Trade Documents). I have ensured the documents I want uploaded are checked.
    When we complete the shipment and print the label, "ETD" does not show.

    When I create the same shipment dynamically from within the UI (as you suggested), I am able to get "ETD" to print by leaving the "Documents Only" setting UNchecked under "International" heading.

    How can I make sure that I have a "global" setting for ETD for all my international shipments?

    Shipping to the same address, same INTL values populated, etc? Also not indicating Documents Only in your API call, correct?

    Do you know what the XMl tag is that indicates "Documents Only" for API calls? I'm not 100% whether I am sending a value for that or not...

    Looking at the raw XML:
    <ContentType>DOCUMENTS</ContentType>

    The above would indicate a documents only shipment. There's also <DocInd></DocInd> element. What value are you passing for this?

    We are not including <ContentType>DOCUMENTS</ContentType> in our shipping request.

    For DocInd, we are not currently sending that through the API call, but it seems to be defaulting to a value of "3" (I'm seeing that in the shipping response)
