Thread: Not able to print label.

    Hi, ShipRush. Would you check the following Screenshot and talk to me about why it happened?

    We have a custom post-in webstore and I've posted-in 400 orders to ShipRush and printed 200. But I was not able to print some XParcel Ground labels. The shipping service shows Red.

    When I click the shipping service, it doesn`t even show XParcel Ground. But when I switch the shipping account to FedEx then back to Firstimile, I can print the label. Do you know why it happens?

    Are you controlling your From information in your Post-in function? I ask, because it looks different than the default address you have on your FirstMile account.

    If you are, it appears you are passing everything but the State value properly, so we are failing the shipment, and that's why the available services look incorrect (it's giving you INTL options, because the From information isn't properly set)

    Hi, it still happens to me.

    I've deleted all existing post-in data and post-in again without the shipper information, but it still happens. Would you take a look at it?

    I would need an example order number. Looking right now, and I don't see any domestic orders posted.

    That particular order shows this issue:

    ERROR: Unable apply 'Ship Newgistics Single': Unable to ship: Ship To Address line 2 is too long. Sorry! Please keep it to a length of 35 or less.

    Another Topic.

    Would you take a look at Order# 4603545?

    I got the following error, but I`m not sure why I got this error.

    FirstMile servers returned error: The combined weight of the customs items multiplied by the item quantity can't be heavier than the total package weight.. FirstMile servers returned error: The combined value of the customs items multiplied by the item quantity can't be more than the total order value.

    The first item, that has a weight of 2.25lb, has a qty of 2, making just that one line item 4.5lb. That, along with the other items, make the shipment line items weigh more than the indicated shipping weight
