Thread: Desktop Integration - ZRush_ShipRush.ocx - License has Expired message

    I have asked Shiprush to renew the Licence for the OCX integrator. I did set the application to use the new serial number but it still continues to show the License hs Expired message. I need a help to solve this issue. Is there any way to check whether the new serial number is set properly?

    Can you launch ShipRush interactively to the system tray without the error? If so....the GUI is licensed properly.

    Secondary question: Are you passing a license value in your code? If so, has that also been updated?

    Yes i can launch Shiprush from system tray.

    Yes, I'm passing the license code in my code. After many tries and reboots the "License has expired" was gone.

    The issue I'm facing now is that for UPS integration is working but the USPS is not. Can you confirm that ZRush_ShipRush.ocx works for both (UPS and USPS)?

    Yes....the ocx file supports all of the carriers we support via the desktop environment. What is the issue or error you get for postal? Do you have ShipRush Discount Postage installed and configured so that it runs stand-alone?

    Ok, thank you for the reply. Now is everything working. There was an issue related to the user right to access a specific drive and now that it is clear problem was solved.
