We have an integration using SOAP that has been working successfully. Suddenly last Friday it stopped working, and after many hours of investigation, restoring previous backups, attempted repair of the application came to the conclusion that there was some kind of fatal database corruption. We ended up re-installing Shiprush and recreating all of the accounts. We now find that, despite the setup being identical, and nothing having changed in our integration, that we cannot send SmartPost shipments (everything else works normally).

No matter what we do, what package weight we send, whatever Smartpost Hub is specified (both of which have caused me issue in the past), we get this error returned:

The shipping service FedEx SmartPost is not available for this shipment. Please adjust the shipping service.

We can successfully create SmartPost consignments manually.

Has anybody else had a similar issue, and what was the cause?
