Thread: Amazon Prime - Multiple Packages?

    Hi, we just started shipping Seller Fulfilled Prime and noticed that the options and choices are limited when using our Amazon shipping account instead of our FedEx account directly. I had an order that required two boxes (two labels) and could not find the "repeat" or "add package" buttons. Am I missing something?

    You are not missing anything. We are working on adding MPS (multi parcel shipping) to our Amazon Shipping option. Case 65597. I've added you to the case to be alerted when that becomes available.
