    I'm not sure what you mean by these steps. When I open up OM from my desktop, and I select and order to print, the program will not permit me to enter the weight. I click on the fields to fill, but it is unresponsive.

    I can't believe this is happening...MOndays are a heavy ship day -- especially since COVID. Everyone is shopping online and I have orders to fulfill.

    My desktop program started working again after just trying it. I still have v.12 because I can't get the v.12.1 to update correctly
