Thread: ShipRush UPS Basic and Pro issue

    Working with a mutual customer who's index was corrupted. I followed the instructions and backup the database and rebuild it. That did not work. So, I tried to re-install. They use ShipRush for FedEx and ShipRush for UPS Pro. He no longer has daily pickup so tried installing UPS Basic. The error we are receiving when installing v12.1.13.7903 is:
    Network error! Please check your Internet provider, network and firewall configuration. Error code "ZF60800".

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    UPS Pro and Basic are the same installer. It's all controlled by the license.

    Kbase about the behavior you saw with the End of Day missing:

    Regarding the error you see during installation\setup. You need to either enter an existing My.ShipRush account, or use the create option. That is now a requirement of the latest versions of the software

    The customer did create a My.ShipRush account but when we get to that screen in the installation it will not permit him to enter his userid only the password?

    I have not seen that before. Try this:

    Browse out to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush
    Rename or delete the file called MyShipRush.ini

    Restart ShipRush and try the wizard again

    It might be an issue with that OS and\or service pack. I know that older OSes will have an issue.

    Something you can try:
    On a machine you have (Windows 10 would be preferred)
    Install ShipRush
    During wizard, enter in their My.ShipRush account info
    Finish wizard
    Browse out to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush on that machine
    Grab a copy of MyShipRush.ini

    Drop that file into the same folder on their machine
    Start ShipRush back up, and see if that gets it moving along

    I un-installed ShipRush one more time and re-installed again. This time all went well. Not sure why it worked this time but customer is happy.
